Billing
Two billing options: monthly plans and data packs
Monthly plans suit steady, long-term use, with data reset each month on your activation date; data packs suit irregular usage and last until used up, never expiring. Both come with unlimited devices and use the same routes and clients.
Prices are listed in CNY. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data packs are not time-based and last until used up.

The only difference between the three monthly plans is the monthly data allowance: ¥9.9 includes 60GB, ¥18 includes 250GB and ¥28 includes 500GB. Routes, protocols, clients, device count and refund policy are identical across all three tiers — no features are cut by plan. Data resets monthly on your activation date: activate on 3/8 (March 8) and the next reset is 4/8 (April 8), not on the first of the calendar month, and unused allowance from the previous cycle does not carry over.
When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, and data already used is not charged again. Upgrading from 60GB to 250GB, for example, only costs the difference between the two tiers, and your reset date stays the same. To move down a tier, simply pick a new plan once the current period ends — the dashboard never auto-renews you into a higher tier.
Data packs are not time-based: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB and ¥658 for 3000GB, lasting until used up and never expiring — a good fit for business trips, travel or seasonal projects. Data packs use the same clients and routes as monthly plans with no priority difference, and the dashboard overview shows the remaining balance of each type side by side.
Included
Included with every plan
Whichever tier you pick, everything below is included in full. Tiers differ only in the monthly data allowance; nothing else changes.
110+ countries / 250+ routes covering the main regions of Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe, grouped by region and filterable by region right in the dashboard.
Unlimited simultaneous devices — one account can connect on many devices at once, with no separate purchase per device.
Clients for five platforms — Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are all supported, and importing your subscription works the same way on each.
Three route types — IEPL, relay and direct, so you can choose by peak-hour performance and budget.
Optimized for streaming and AI tools — Netflix / Disney+ / YouTube plus ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other everyday services run over optimized routes.
No logs — browsing content and destinations are not recorded; the full privacy terms are set out on the privacy policy page.
60-day money-back guarantee — applies to monthly plans and data packs alike, refunded to the original payment method.
No email address required — sign up with a username and password; activation never depends on an email verification step.
A common first question is whether the cheaper tiers only reach a handful of regions. Here they don't: all three monthly tiers and all three data packs open up the full 110+ countries / 250+ routes, including the IEPL lines that hold up better at peak hours. The only thing worth weighing when choosing a tier is how much data you expect to use each month.
How fast data goes depends on what you're doing: plain-text pages and email barely register, an hour of 1080p video uses roughly 1GB, 4K is noticeably higher, and pulling dependencies or syncing large files in a dev environment is classic burst usage. For light office work and browsing, 60GB is usually enough; add streaming, AI tools and several devices and 250GB is the safer starting point; if several people at home share one account, or you watch 4K for long stretches, the 500GB tier or the 3000GB data pack fits better.
Every plan uses the same clients and the same subscription import flow: grab your subscription from the dashboard after signing up, paste it into the client, and you're set — no manual server addresses or ports. There is no device cap; to add a device, just import the same subscription again, and the dashboard's data counter combines usage from all devices.

If you want a single rule of thumb: two hours of 1080p video a day plus everyday browsing fits comfortably in the 60GB tier most months; once several devices are online at once with AI tools and streaming running in the background, the 250GB tier is easier; and when several people at home share one account, go straight to the 500GB tier or the 3000GB data pack so you're not adjusting mid-month.
Data packs and monthly plans are not mutually exclusive. The dashboard lets both balances sit side by side: keep steady use on a monthly plan and top up occasional heavy demand with a data pack, whose balance is never wiped when the monthly plan resets. To switch billing modes, submit the change on the plan page in your dashboard; the system settles by remaining data and remaining days, so you are never charged on both at once.
Payment
Payment methods and activation
Alipay, WeChat and USDT are supported. Ordering, paying and collecting your subscription all happen in the same dashboard, with no third-party redirect pages.
Alipay
Pay by scanning the code or via redirect; the result is written back to the order status, and you can watch the order move from pending payment to active in the dashboard.
Pay with WeChat — handy if you order straight from your phone; there's no need to confirm the order manually afterwards.
USDT
For users who can't easily use local payment channels: transfer the amount shown in the dashboard and the order is marked active automatically once it arrives.
Activation steps
-
Create an account
No email address needed — a username and password are enough. You land straight in the dashboard after signing up, with no verification email to wait for and no getting stuck because a message never arrived.
-
Choose a plan or data pack
Pick a tier on the plan page in your dashboard. Monthly plans reset data each month on your activation date; data packs last until used up and never expire; both can coexist under one account. The price shown on the page matches the final amount, with no extra charges added at checkout.
-
Complete payment
Pay with Alipay, WeChat or USDT. Once payment goes through, the order status updates to active and the dashboard overview immediately shows your remaining data and expiry date.
-
Get your subscription and import it
Download the client for your platform from the download page in the dashboard, then copy your subscription link and import it. Windows, macOS and Linux use the desktop client; iOS and Android use the mobile client, and the download page walks through each import method step by step.
-
Check the connection
Once connected, open any international site or streaming page to confirm it's working; if it doesn't load, switch to another route and try again, and if it still fails, follow the chapter-by-chapter steps in the troubleshooting guide or open a ticket.
About subscription links: your subscription link is tied to your account, so don't share it publicly. You can reset the subscription address at any time in the dashboard; the old address stops working immediately and you'll need to import the new one on each device.
Refund
60-day money-back guarantee
The 60-day money-back guarantee covers both monthly plans and data packs. No reason needed, and the refund goes back to the original payment method.
The refund process has just three steps: open a ticket in your dashboard stating your order details and the amount you want back; support verifies the order status and remaining data; once verified, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Orders paid via Alipay or WeChat go back to the same account, USDT refunds go back to the original address, and no extra receiving details are needed.
Orders that have already used part of their data can still apply — refunds are not refused based on how much was used. If one account has several orders, list the order numbers to be refunded one by one in the ticket so none are missed or processed twice. For orders involving a plan change, the system first settles by remaining days and remaining data, then calculates the amount due.
The refund policy page sets out the full terms and how they are applied, and it uses the same refund window as this page. If anything in the terms is unclear, read the refund policy page before ordering, or simply open a ticket in the dashboard and ask — confirm everything before you pay.
